Solve : Change "day" format in Excel? |
|
Answer» Using Microsoft Office 2007. Is there a way for a non techie USER of Excel to change the "DAY" format in Excel? Only option available is the full spelling of the "day" or the first letter of the "day" in format cell. Would like to have the day displayed in three (3) letter format "ddd" (Mon, Tue, ...... Sat, Sun) Thank you. I hope this helps you. And, of course, coding for month and year MUST be joined with the "ddd" if you want month and year displayed.Thank you so very much. It WORKS. |
