Good morning! I'll get right to it. Generally when I get emails and wish to forward them, I will clean them up and get RID of extraneous forwarded addresses and other annoying tags at the bottom. This I do by CLICKING on FORWARD and then highlighting and deleting. However, there are times when there are vertical lines remaining on the left side and sometimes no matter what I do I can't seem to backspace and bring the body of the email to the top of the page. And of course there are those >>>>> things that are a pain to get rid of one by one. I stumbled across this website that lists lots of programs to clean up emails, but I am LEERY of downloading something that I have not idea whether it is a real program or a vehicle for a virus.
