Answer» I am running win xp PRO and on my ADMIN acount if I put my mouse over the clock it show the Date and year. But under the Limited acount if I put my mouse over the clock it does not show the Date and year. WhyNot SURE. Can this Limited ACCOUNT get into Control Panel? If so, head over to Regional and Language Options. Hit Customize and make sure everything is RIGHT.
