I'm having problem with my Avira AntiVir Personal - Free Antivirus Updater. Every time I start the update, this error message always appear: "An error occurred during the file download."
I found another workaround but it gives me inconvenience - DISABLE the Firewall Security Level of my COMODO Firewall first before starting my Avira updates.
I remember that I accidentally block the Avira updates when COMODO Firewall asked for it. Can anyone HELP me to unblock Avira updates please? I attached some screen-shots for reference. Thanks in advance!
[recovering disk space - OLD attachment deleted by ADMIN]Open Comodo, go "Firewall" tab, click on :Define a New TRUSTED Application" to add Avira there.
