Answer» My screen turns white every other second. I can WORK it slowly but have to wait to see when display turns on again. can any ONE help with this problem please?TRIED a monutor yet ? ? Monutor? no i haven't. do you MEAN, have i connected an external monitor? yes and no problem there. only on the laptop. Then it's the laptop display....you can get repair quotes from a shop to see if it's worth it. Meantime CHECK Device Manager for any Yellow !!'s...done that;-) I was hoping it was a software problem but I guess i'll have to put in a new screen. will that do it do you think? I have a screen from a presario cq62 will it fit? I have no idea...Compaq will have the Specs...OK Thanks for you help -now I'll decide what to do
