Answer» my dell laptop crashed and i had to get it FIXED. i got it back and now i just noticed that my Microsoft office 2007 is no longer installed. i bought my laptop with the program on it already. do i need to contact where I got it at? or is there a way to redownload it or something?Try a system restore to an earlier date, preferably the one just before the crash. Should fix it I doubt system restore will work. Sounds to me like they reformatted the laptop to "fix" it. Of course they didn't REINSTALL Office... This makes me wonder if they even installed a LEGITIMATE version of your OS. Do you have a "system recovery" CD/DVD? Should fix it I doubt system restore will work.

Sounds to me like they reformatted the laptop to "fix" it.
