Solve : Computer installation problem?

I'm trying to install a Finding Nemo PC game, however when I go on the setup menu from the CD, I get the MESSAGE in the attachment. I am FOLLOWING the instructions, and when I have installed other similar games it has always worked.

Any help would be appreciated by me and my SISTER (who is waiting to start playing!)Start here, Google is your friend.
