Answer» I am SO frusterated! I WENT out and bought a new USB cord, cause I figured maybe that's why it wasn't working. Same THING happened. So I went and tried connecting it to another computer, still doesn't work..well that's not surprising since it wouldn't have the program on the other computer anyways. Tried formating the camera, same thing. I don't know what else to do It's all good ! I didn't fix it, but I bought a Card Reader, or whatever it's called. I love it, I just stick my little card in and it TRANSFERS my pictures! Yeah, buying the Card Reader was a good MOVE. Not only did it solve your problem, but using a Card Reader avoids the problematic situation of transferring photos directly from camera to computer when the batteries GET too low and the transfer is interrupted mid-stream. That result in corrupted photo files.
