This is about VLC (VideoLAN) Player. I can't for the life of me figure out what it is. I am running windows 8.1 64bit. And running 2.2.1 Stable Edition 64bit.

Please help me.Download latest 32 bit VLC - 2.2.1 and try it.

Maje sure you fully REMOVE the prior version.
REPORT back what happens.

I have done this and still the same effect.You did not say that in your first post.
Do you have the dump file for the other version?

Unfortunately no.
But good news I was on the Nvidia DRIVERS Forums SEARCHING specifically for VLC problems.
I deleted my 3.5.x.x Driver and installed a older set 3.4.x.x and its WORKING perfectly. will report back within a week if I experience any crashes.
