Answer» hello, when i open my control panel>add/remove program(s)>click the remove button for a selected program(s), it DISAPPEARS from the screen (good). then i use i restart my pc. i use the search option for the program(s) removed and the program(s) with its components are still there (bad). what am i doing incorrectly? thank you. PCWIZARD - i've used ccleaner before and it does a good job. i did not think to apply it to this. PATIO - i was removing the adobe programs. BRONI - .exe,.dll,.vm.dll and others. i still can't delete them, even manually. i think i will try to do a restore system to factory setting as soon as i can figure out how to do it. thank you all, again !

Have you checked to see if the program has a built in removal function? - they tend to work better than M$ own.
You could also try CCLeaner - this has a built in remover for applications and works really well.What program ? ? Quote
