Have you already tried FormatFactory?
CNET download has MAYBE 1000 video converters. Hard to count. Some are good and free. Here is where to start looking g:
http://download.cnet.com/windows/video-converters/
Off course, some mare pure junk. But some are will work for uyou.

BTW:Some hardware uses a proprietary format to lock you into their products. A real pain.

the files are SAVED as this name :

ch00000000000001-111127-142230-142230-02p001000000h.264
or
ch00000000000001-111129-104748-104748-00p001000000.264

thanx for the link i downloaded 3 convertors in there (movavi video convertor, advanced video convertor and myvideo convertor)
but didnt work couldnt convert.

Do NOT buy this product. Just test it.

Did you try Format Factory?

I can usually figure out most of Geeks misspellings, but I've got no clue on this one.

Rezan, more than likely you are having a problem because of copyright protections. You didn't say what you were recording, but if was off pay per view or even something like HBO, a lot of that has copyright protection.
