Solve : Couldn't install antivirus? |

Answer» I had norton antivirus 2007 with 1 year license. Today it suddenly expired. I removed it and tried to install... but i couldn't install it. Again, I tried to install other antivirus which I have, None software can't be installed. Finally I tried to install SYMANTEC Antivirus Corporate edition as unmanaged client is displayed Error 1304, Error writing to file C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\SNDsrvc.exe. VERIFY that you have access to that directory. though I have administrative privalage. but It only displayed as An Error Occurred while installed other antivirus application. Please HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could you give us some more info like: With OS are you using? With Antivirus did you try next to Norton and Symatic. Please let us know . dl65 Did you call Norton yet? THat seems a good place to start. At least check their site for FAQ's and known issues.what errors does it give when trying to install the other programs?? SNDsrvc.exe dl Ccleaner and run the issues scan remember to back up when asked.. maybe that might help also run the normal scan to remove junk files on your computer.. |
