Solve : CPU Temp Monitor App? |
|
Answer» I would like to monitor CPU temperature on my old HP desktop running Win7. Just read a post that said thermal paste can dry out on old PC's which raised my curiosity. What 3rd party app do you folks recommend? THANKS.Personally I USE HWMonitor to measure temperatures. When checking temps it is also important to check them under high CPU load rather than at idle, for that I use Prime95 or the Intel Burn Test to run the CPU at 100% load on all CORES so that it really heats up. Thanks for responding. Is 100% load safe on an old desktop? |
