Hi,
i Built a new PC parts are as follows
Windows 7 64Bit
1 TB HDD
LG optic drive
intel core i5 cpu
6GB ddr3 RAM
i5 motherboard
9800GTX video card
Neo Phoenix case

originally the PC was restarting on its own Very frequently. come to find out the motherboards was bad, i replaced it and it was all working fine until the PC would lock up or restart once a week. and when ever i restart my PC it gets stuck in the bios load SCREEN and have to hit Ctrl ALT Del anywhere from 1 to 5 times to get it to boot. Im not sure what is causing this, Any help would be greatly appreciated,
thanksAlthough unlikely you may have been unlucky enough to run into 2 bad boards in a row...whose BOARD is this ? ?

And is the PSU new or used ...specs on it ? ?The MOTHER board is from tigerdirect.com ( Intel DP55WB Socket LGA1156 Motherboard )and the PSU is a OCZ Fatal1ty Series 700W Power Supply

I was hoping it wasnt the moather board this TIME but that would explain the restarts. just wondering why it doesnt boot with out restarting it a bunch of times.
