Solve : CyberScrub Good or Bad?

I just installed CyberScrub,and did the erase all. Then
I ran Recuva,and it recovered a lot of FILES. Does this ,
mean CyberScrub,is no good? If its no good, what is
a good software for ERASING your hard drive? THANK YouNever HEARD of it.
