Solve : DDraw error?

I know that DDraw error is in most cases caused by Direct-X failure or missing DRIVERS.

When I trying to play a game on my new laptop I get DDraw error, I know that there is nothing wrong whit my Direct-x so I guess it have to be a missing driver. But I thought I had installed all drivers so one must be missing or corrupted.

So my question is how can I see if a driver is missing or corrupted?Click Start -->Run and type in devmgmt.msc and press enter. This will take you to Device Manager. Do you see any YELLOW question marks or EXCLAMATION points or red X's?Quote from: JJ 3000 on October 04, 2009, 11:29:48 PM

I have ALREADY been there but there is nothing yellow there,

btw the Os is XP 2000, I GOT Direct-X 9.0c. DDraw is working in dxdiag

Ok Now I reinstall the computer and now I have 2 yellow thingys there but they only say Ethernet-styrenhet and Videostyrenhet (VGA-compatible) where can I find them then?
