Solve : deleted temp!?

Answer»

hey i deleted my temp files and did disk cleanup (deleted STUFF in recycle BIN XD) now i cant get it back so i decided to also shut down computer because of updates and when i log back in i cant open internet browsers and stuff without running administrator and some of them don't even work, any help would be great ,thank you (i use a home m ade pc with windows 7 64 bit)If you're talking about temporary internet files, deleting them should not cause a problem.  And, cleaning out the Recycle Bin should not cause a problem unless you had something there that needed to be restored.

Shutting down during Windows updates, on the other hand, is a problem.  Why do you think Windows displays a message on screen telling you not to shutdown while it's installing updates?  I'm not sure what to tell about that issue.  Standby for comments from other members.

,
You could also specify as to what type of errors or messages when running browsers or certain account aside from being the administrator so as not to be CONFUSED with previous actions taken. 1) EXACTLY what did you delete?
2) EXACTLY what problems and errors are you now experiencing?
3) Please use punctuation to make it easier for us to read your posts and try to help.its error : 0x80070005, thanks for comment srry for not being that descriptive , i canot open desktop icons without right clicking and running as admin , i have no idea what i deleted as it was in temp file , also i didnt shut down the computer during updates i ment after they had finished. if anyone nos a solution to this error any help would be great (hope this is in BETTER detail) a example of 1 problem is that im trying to open firefox and it says that its already open even though ive only just turned on computer also ctrl+alt+delete - task manager says that it is not running, i have tried restoring to a previouse version and its not working (the updates happen when i restore automatically.., should i turn off auto updates and use system restore agian?)http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2008385
