Well, I didn't really think this was the right place to post a question, your right. I thank you for the reply. I have gone to the links you suggested and it didn't help me much. So, I guess my question still stands. I don't understand computers very much and I have no business deleting stuff. I'm such a stupid idiot for doing so. Anyway, thanks for trying...I just can't find a sight that will tell me step by step how to get the darn thing restored!!! Simple you would think with all the info out there!!!Where did you delete it from?
Have you got the Frontpage CD?This is really winding up being confusing for me. I was just GOING into the files. Everytime I saw the _VTI_CNF file, I deleted it. It is everywhere! EVEN in my pictures files! So, now when I go to FP and try to edit I get "413(request entity too large). Request entity too largethe requested resource/~(my domain name) /_VTI_bin/_VTI_AUT/Author.EXE does not allow request data with POST requests or the amount of data provided in there. Request exceeds the capacity limit." So, I thought I would go into my website and start resizing the pictures, they are huge!. It still came up with the same thing. I have a mess as far as what I am trying to edit on the website. Not worried though cause when it is FIXED I can always fix that issue....I think! I just found out also that the domain registrar NEEDED an update for my billing information. I updated and have not checked to see if that was the issue...I don't think so though. Now that I have gone into my computer and messed around with "stuff" I'm getting all sorts of warnings and the blue screen of death and notices that windows defender is stopped and other things too. I'm just so frustrated with this. If you can help me then great! If what you have read is sounding like I just need to take it in somewhere and let them "fix it" please tell me so. Thanks for helping me with this SITUATION...if you can!! Opps! Yes I have the CD and used it. Now I don't know if it's the file I deleted or the notice I receive that was in my previous note to you a few minutes ago.
