Solve : Deleting wrong addresses? |
|
Answer» Tricky question this. You know how you type in your email address and it SAYS wrong, because you had a typo, after a while you accumulate a few wrongly typed addresses and have to select the one correct one. you mention you use Live Mail, that's actually not Outlook, more like a cut down version of it.I sense you are talking about the software version of Outlook that is often bundled with Microsoft Office. But, joodyanne's parenthetical reference, where she said "I use gmail and Live Mail (outlook)" is clearly a reference to Outlook.com, which, for a period of time, was a functioning online email service from Microsoft, as was Live.com. Now, the two seem to have been merged. For anyone who originally created a Hotmail.com, Live.com, or Outlook.com email address, the URL now directs to https://outlook.live.com/owa/ and the web page that appears will show Outlook Mail in the upper left corner, as shown in the attached image.
