Answer» So I'm not really sure why this computer going so slow I've taken a look at many different THINGS (disabling startup PROGRAMS, getting rid of trash files/apps, censored cleanup/Defrag, ect) but the hardware under the hood says that it shouldn't be this slow at all..... Processor : Intel® Core™ i3-5015U, 1TB 5400 rpm Hard DRIVE windows 10, not much disk space used, not a lot of data or media on it either... Any ideas? The MODEL you name is a laptop. Why didn't you get a desktop? Has it always been this sway? Did you add new hardware? Did you add a new printer or other external device? What AV program do you use? How do you know it is slow? Do you have a specific program that runs slow? Please explain EXACTLY WHAT is slow. Explain your problem in detail.
