Solve : Dell Inspiron 531S modem? |

Answer» My sister in law has a Dell Inspiron 531 S computer. It doesn't recognize the internal modem. I wouldn't WORRY about it but all she has is ATT DIAL up internet in her area. I tried to download the DRIVER for it from Dell. I can't get it to download. I contacted Dell but they won't help me with out a service code. The service code is on the computer but I can't make out the numbers. I tried to BUY an external modem but I can't find one. Can someone give me some advice.Download and run Belarc Advisor - it will report your service tag number for you. |
