Answer» i was hoping someone could help me by telling me what the differance between a 8GB SOLID State Drive and a 120GB HDD? and which would be BETTER to look for? i am currently looking at buying an Asus Eee 900 notebook which has the 8GB SSD or an ACER one notebook with 120GD HDD everything else is the same? An 8GB SSD has, obviously, much LESS storage space, but will be QUIETER, consume less power, and may be faster in certain aspects. Hope this helps, and welcome to the forums.
