Solve : disabled adapter?

In my display settings under adapter properties I selected the drop down to disable device, after reboot the monitor is blank, I rebooted with my windows CD and ran through the repair current version with no luck. How can I fix my major screw up.Boot into safe mode and reenable the device...you may need to re-install the drivers.

I tried and when booting to safe mode screen is black and you can see as the various files appear loading it stops and the LAST entry is windows\system32\drivers\gagp30KHow LONG did you wait ? ?
It may TAKE up to 10 minutes if a corrupt driver or system file is missing... Quote
gagp30kx.sys is a special agp driver for via-chipset motherboards
It does not appear to be a generic Windows driver however as it is not in my listing of system32/drivers...this leads me to believe he isn't in safe mode.I see...Well strictly speaking Windows doesn't only load generic Windows drivers in safe mode. I know this because whenever I enter safe mode the last entry is the driver for DAEMON Tools.
