Solve : Disappearing menu links?

Answer» HI!  First time USER.  Am running Windows XP, INTERNET Explorer, Charter cable.  When I am on a legitimate web site, I click on a menu item, the page appears for about 3 seconds and then disappears.  Happens on several WEBSITES but only on certain links.  Security is set at medium, cookies enabled.  Thanks for any help.Is your pop-up BLOCKER on?
