Answer» Its me again. The SCREENSAVER that I downloaded and opened was from Keebler.com. I won it off of their eprize game. I have done virus scans and used the CC Cleaner but nothing has helped the folder still will not open up. This screensaver unzipped out of a Win Zip folder. It is an Windows XP computer and I really would like to GET the display properties to open up again. Any and all suggestions will be of HELP. Thanks. How about a system restore to a time BEFORE you created this problem? I've also tried opening it in safe mode. Nothing has helped yet.
