Solve : downgrading?

I have a toshiba laptop and it came with vista on it, i want to put xp pro on it instead.....can it be done, i can not get it to UNINSTALL and it of course won't LET me downgrade with the cd INSTALLATION! can anyone help?Sure it can be done.
But to be on the SAFE side you would want to find out if there are XP drivers for all the laptop components first
Post more info and we'll go from there.
There is a method to let it install XP but let's get the drivers needed first.
