Umm , I read that I just gotta uninstall this bullcrap from Add or Remove Programs . After I run the uninstaller for SP3 , it gives me an error that it cannot find a SPECIFIC file to uninstall .

The fact that you are experiencing some issues does not mean the update is problematic. Clearly it is not.It's just that after installing SP3 my PC slowed down , internet browsers lost sound , 50% of my programs installed are working with errors , my favorite mmorpg ain't working , MSN crashes like million times a day . Umm I'm pretty sure everything happened when i installed SP3 . Last time I installed SP3 , gettin rid of Vista and installing XP on my system , it deleted all my files on desktop and all my pictures . >_<

yes. that's part of what "reformat/reinstall" happens to do.

Getting rid of Vista and installing ANY SP of XP will entail a clean install.
