Answer» Hi!, i downloaded the driver for my printer 32 bits version with some DIFFICULTY , then i REALIZED i needed the version 64 bits. I try to uninstall the version 32 bits bur can't find it . So, i try to download the 64 bits version and no mater what i do i got the message : Internet Explorer cannot download...A_Full_Non-Network_enu.exe from ftp.hp.com. The CONNECTION with the server was reset. What should i do?Re-boot...and reset your router/modem.Don't work. Any other SUGGESTIONS?I would download firefox from www.firefox.com then trying to download the 64bit version on that web browser.still can't download , what else is available?Try an FTP Client - CuteFTP works well for me
