just use the google lord and search torrent downloaders

just becareful because some might be pack with adware and spywareI actually haven't got any viruses off LimeWire, and I've been using it for ages. Like unlovedwarrior said, you just have to guess if something is right or not. I follow these PRACTICES:

• Don't download anything with unusual names
• Only download things that I'm looking for
• Only download something if it falls in the correct size grouping (i.e. a < 1MB file isn't gonna be good for your computer..)
• Don't download anything with 60+ uploads (I find that it isn't even a download, it usually links to a site. But SOMETIMES it's a virus)

But really, if you're safe, there's little chance of stuffing up your computer through LimeWire.
