Solve : downloading shockwave?

i try to download SHOCKWAVE so i can play my games and for some reasion it wont work. some times it downloads and has me put it on computer but still wont work. i have windows xp computer only about 6 mos old. can someone please help me Okla:

DocTHIS IS my computer so i log in as the administrator. I have had shockwave before. i had to redo my computer and now i cant get it to download right I also cant get it to download onto my other computer in the other room. do you think it could be my internet i have sbc high speed. i also cant get the msn messenger to download right on either computer . It will download but wont go on computer it says that there is a file missing. this is driving me crazy. i DONT understand why it is doing this on both computers. thanks for trying to help

Is there a chance that you could first explain what you mean by this?Sounds like a Bad install of Windows, By "Redo Windows" i think you mean you Formated and REINSTALLED am i right?

If thats the Case make Sure you Have all your Drivers working Correctly

And Download all The windows UPDATES , once you've DONE that try againHEY EVERYONE I WANT TO THINK THOSES WHO HELPED ME WITH MY PROBLEM I HAVE IT FIXED NOW. THANK YOU ALL
