How do I do an update to my MB Drivers and Sound? Please help me. I am new to the computers. Not sure what kind of MB (Motherboard) it is or how do I check?Without knowing the details of the hardware you are stuck, and so are we.

How about downloading Everest Home Edition (for free) and let us know some details. Also post manufacturer name/model, or the information from the boot up SCREEN (before it gets to Windows).
