Answer» OK, I got everest to install over there, now just tell me the INFO you need....Ok Broni, I have a new question.... We got our computer at a store, we have KNOWN the guy for quite awhile, to save money we bought a used one.... My internet provider is saying that he must have installed out wireless and ethernet cards after he installed windows, because our cards are no longer there, after the re-install I guess, and we need to take it back to him to install them again, does any of this make sense to you? I dont understand how they could be there before but now now, I'm perplexed.... In Everest, go Computer>Summary, and tell me what is listed at: - Display>Video Adapter - Network>Network Adapter
BTW... Talking to ISP people is in most cases waste of time.Khow what Broni, I just got fed up trying to fix the thing, took it to my computer guy to fix, and getting backups of all my drivers, thanx for your help though, getting it back at 6:00 PM today, will let you know if EVERYTHING is back to normal..... I did do the Everest thing, but you werent online anyway, so just took it in....Oh, OK. Let us know.Well, its all good again, got my computer back the way it was, now its just a matter on installing everything all over again.... As always thanx Broni, more then a few TIMES you have been a great help to me.... You're very welcome Were you able to install those drivers?
