It's a hewlit packard pavillion pc #50117425
apparently she's missing a lot of drivers. But specifically for her video card and display.
She said she has only one of two backup discs. She's missing the second.
I realize this isn't a whole lot of INFO. but whatever other info that is needed just let me know and i'll try to get it.Can you connect to the INTERNET? You can download them from net.Download & RUN Everest Home Edition

It will tell you exactly what the devices are and then it is a simple task to get them from the net.I think that this might help... I had the same problems... I fromated my pc and i was missing video sound and etc... Then a friend seuggested to go to (http://www.driversguide.com) You have to register but its free... I found EVERY drive i needed... I jus thought that i might be the help....
