1.	Solve : Dvd burner will not recoginze regular cds?
Answer» I have a Sony DRU710A that worked great until a COUPLE of days ago. It still burns and plays all dvds. however, now it will not reccognize and regular cd, cdrw etc. It displays the drive as empty. Anyone can help will be appreciated.What else happened between when it worked and now? You can TRY a SYSTEM restore to a point before all of this. However it will not repair defective hardware.thanks for reply. I have formatted and reinstalled xp thinking that would help, but no LUCK. I PURCHASED another dvd burner and installed and it is working fine. Guess the sony decided to go south on me. thanksAll drives die eventually.
