Answer» DVD Properties tells me D drive is full, no FREE space. It will not import pictures from CD to my computer. It worked before with the same type CD. Did I loose a JEPG file or is the CD/Rom bad. It plays music CD's but skips. Any help please as I am a scrapbooker and need the pictures."D drive" is irrelevant without knowing what drives are in the machine.Message copied from my mailbox. Please keep it on the forum. I do not do support via PM. Thanks.
Quote I USUALLY import pictures from a CD via Wal Mart Picture MANAGER. It has worked in the past but I had to download Norton Anti virus program since using it last. I went into My Computer CD/Rom and it shows drive D full. On this page the box to the right of the icon is blank and a cursor is blinking. On AutoPlay it is set to music. It plays a music cd but skips. Problem is the computer will not import pictures to my hard drive from CD. I am using Windows XP. Do I need a jpeg program? I have disk cleaned and defrag and no other problem. And it was fine before Norton was installed and now it's not? I would START by uninstalling that and see what happens. If that fixes you MIGHT want a different and free antivirus.
