Answer» Hi I have used a Microsoft works template to use for an invoice I have saved it in documents but when I try to send via outlook express it arrives but opens in microsoft fax viewer which says no preview. First I tried using the programs own E -mail icon then I tried opening outlook express and using the INSERT and finding the FILE and attaching it to the mail but this gave the same result so I am baffled and hope you guys can help me thanks Roydirectroy...... When you saved the invoice template, what format did you save it in ? dl65
