Solve : E-Mail music?

Answer»

Hi,
I am trying to send some music by E-Mail. Never tried this before, it is on a CD (Amateur, not copyrighted recording) and tried just attaching the file from the CD to the E-Mail (Yahoo mail). But it does not PLAY in either Windows Media Player (Which I normally play it on) or REAL Player. On the Properties box it has, "CD Audio Track" if that is any HELP?
It is 4.00KB. Is there any thing I need to know in order to do this please? I thought it would just be like sending a photo, attach it to the E-Mail?
Thanks for any suggestions. If it has .CDA extension, it won't play, because it's in CD format.
It'd have to be ripped, first. Thanks Broni. Displaying my ignorance in this area (not really into music) how do I "rip" it?I use Audiograbber: http://www.audiograbber.com-us.net/
It'll rip CD file to .mp3 format, which you can send then, and it's gonna be playable on any computer, or mp3 player. Thanks again Broni. Much appreciated. You're very welcome
