we have a new laptop, wireless connection

Our email works fine but when on the any internet site, if we go and try to use a email link to ask a question of a PRODUCT we get a error message, such as a "POP"
I'm not sure what these error messages are. We don;t know much about how to set a new computer up and only use it emails and BUYING items off the internet, so its a real pain not be able to CLICK on a email to ask a question

The Host "pop3" could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name carrectly.

[Saving space - attachment deleted by admin]Yes, did get that oneSeeing as you weren't able to view the image posted in my previous post, I think it may have something to do with your Internet Browser settings or Firewall settings.

I would try downloading Mozilla Firefox and see if the problem still persists there.
