i think i'm the victim of some kind of email repeater sometimes when i send emails there are additional emails being checked that are not in my out box and they don't end up on my sent email folder. my norton shows that my OUTGOING email is being virus checked but there are one more emails than i'm sending.

i am USING xp pro with office xp. email is outlook. norton antivirus doesn't find anything. i've done all the usual things that are recommended, ccleaner adaware virus checker. microsoft antin spyware didn't find anything.

is this common?..is there something in the REGISTRY that i can look for?...

If possible, zip the logfile and attach it rather than post it.I would also suggest running a Microsoft Office Update, which you can find on the Microsoft website. It has important security and bug updates for Outlook there. I just downloaded a new security update for Outlook a few DAYS ago.
