if i TRY to CREATE a distribution list it forces me to add each email one by one.
i'm TRYING to send an email to over 1000 contacts and i'm assuming this COULD be easier.
each person in my contacts list has a category and i just want to send one email to the entire category.

i'm using microsoft outlook 2003Every ISP has a limit to mass mailing number. Call your ISP.i figured it out - after paying $50 for tech support.
go to view/arrange by/categories
right click on one of the categories and collapse all categories
then select the category you want
go to actions/new message to contact$50!?
