The scanner software in my epson RX500 has stop working with a apllication error :(faulting application file.exe, version 1.0.0.1, faulting module esui.dll version 1.3.2.1, fault address 0x000560f1) have un-install and re-install adobe home version 3 will scan but not the epson scanner software.prm7......You COULD try completely uninstalling the scanner ....both hardware and any software associated with the scanner .......then reboot and be sure that all referance to the scanner and its associated software are gone ........then USING the installation instructions that came with the scanner ..........completely reinstall everything exactly as directed in the instructions .

They should have it available there... Also, please....
