Answer» I am trying to BACKUP my computer USING Acronis TrueImage 11. When I get to the point where I am supposed to write on DVD(s), I get the subject error message. I am attaching a log file taken at the time of the error message.
[attachment deleted by admin]alsteele; I was dealing with this problem for more than 2 weeks. TODAY, I just tried something different and I was able to make it work. I can also duplicate the problem. I have Norton Antivirus Corporate EDITION "realtime file protection" enabled. I disabled the antivirus, and it worked. I enabled the antivirus and it did not work. So, at the moment, for me, disabling the Norton Antivirus realtime protection did the trick. I hope it works for you texasoeb You have made my day! I did the same and lo and behold it works.
