Solve : error installing Adobe AIR?

Hi guys I'm currently having problem installing adobe AIR. Whenever the installation process runs halfway, this message OCCUR.

Sorry, an error has occured.

An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator.

May I know what the problem is since I'm running on an admin account with admin right? HOPE to get a reply soom.Try right clicking the .exe file and SELECTING "run as administrator"
Did you PREVIOUSLY have Air installed? You may have to to UNINSTALL first.
