Answer» I tried to contact an office of Volt, to apply for a job, when I got this error message:
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was '[emailprotected]|'. Subject 'Clerk 1', Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.5.0 <[emailprotected]|> malformed address: |> may not follow <[emailprotected]', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
So I tried e-mailing Volt thru their webpage, only to RECEIVE this:
Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the LOCAL server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote MACHINES, please create a tag within a "web.config" CONFIGURATION file located in the root directory of the current web application. This tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
Notes: The current error PAGE you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
I'm not a computer expert so I have no idea what any of this means. How can I get thru to Volt? Just an idea...
