Solve : Ethernet Driver Problems?

I recently bought a new Tower, and it came with Vista, which i Detest. SO i recently installed Windows XP pro x64, with service Pack 2

However my Ethernet Card doesnt seem to be letting me connect to the internet anymore. It weas working fine when Vista was installed but since i put in XP it hasnt let me connect.

the only Network Drivers installed are the 1394 Net Adapter...

I have an AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual Core Processor 5400
the Ethernet card is integraded into the motherboard....
