Answer» I need to figure out the net sales for a bussiness. I take C which has the sales return an subtract it from the sale AMOUNT but I END up getting a negative number an its to supposed to be a positive. I dont know what I'm doing wrong. Net sale =C4-B4 thats what I put in.You haven't gone into ENOUGH detail to PROVIDE a clear picture of what you're doing in Excel. But, my impression is that you have the cell references reversed in the formula. So, try =B4-C4.Thanks I dont now why that BOOK said to do that but its okay. |
