Solve : Excel Chart Help?

I have some data and a CHART using excel 2010.
The data the chart pulls from, strings to 2 pages( page 2 and 4 when printed).
I would like to have the data on one page. The problem is, when I move the data to one page, I can't get the chart to have one continuous line ( as it is now).

Any help on this MATTER would be greatly appreciated.
