hi, can anyone help with this, I'm TRYING to vlookup another cell but only BRINGING in the value if contents of another cell contain certain text

EG VLOOKUP THE VALUE OF CELL A3 ON SHEET 2 AND IF IN COLUMN F THE TEXT SAYS FRANCE THEN GIVE ME THE TEXT THAT IS IN IN COLUMN J (10TH COLUMN), OTHERWISE LEAVE BLANK

=VLOOKUP(A3,SHEET2!A:O,ANDIF(SHEET2!F:F="FRANCE",10),"")

I'm thinking something like above but that's not working

Any bright sparks?
