I am trying to do an invoice SHEET on excell, and i want it so that if i TYPE in the clients name that it will automaticly bring up the rest of the clients details (address etc) is this possible to do? if so how would i do it?Sounds like you need to look at a BD app. For light duty MS access works ok.

Obviously, you meant DB (database) app. I agree DB would work better for this. But, since you'll have a learning curve to deal with if you're not familiar with Access, take a look here for invoice templates for Excel.
