Solve : Exchange 2010 on server 08 r2 440 login timeout?

Hey guys,

Hoping SOMEONE could help out, im setting up an exchange environment and I cant get into OWA or ECP, I get a 440 login timeout when I try and access from localhost, internally and EXTERNALLY. I have tried RESETTING the virtual directories and checked my IIS to give access to anonymous users.

any help would be appreciated.
